Carl was GREAT! I needed the service after 5pm so that I could be there and have them spray inside my kitchen for ants and in my garage for spiders. Carl rescheduled my apt til after 5pm and was fast and courteous. He sprayed around the kitchen floor first, then the garage for spiders and then did the entire outside of the house and yard and was done within 30 minutes I believe.
