The technician went through the contract carefully, was courteous and punctual, but it's obvious that, because of the hazards connected with the service, there's lots of state & federal regulations which make it both complex and expensive.

I hade a mole problem with my home, I called them and paid a flat free. If any new holes pop up, I call them and they are here the next day. No more moles. Love them
