Kenneth gave us a wealth of information about our ants and other pests and how he would deal with them. He clarified the services we contracted for and the services that are included. He then proceeded to treat the house inside and outside, the garage and yard including the fences where we had seen ants. Were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and service.

Had our first service. The service was great and they worked with us to give us a price lower than other companies. They were on time and set up a plan that will help us control our ant problem.

Had our first appointment today and are setup on a quarterly plan for the next year. Customer service and scheduling pro were friendly and patient with all of my questions. Were on time and alerted us when it looked like they would be there towards the end of the service window. One minor miscommunication in that once on site they said they could not go IN the attic to treat for pests when they said on the phone that they could.
