Very professional, informative, and efficient. I appreciate it, their attention to detail and being thorough.
They were able to have someone come out the same day. Speaking to a sales rep was a little choppy at first. Everytime I called, they needed to call me back to connect me with a sales rep. But once I spoke to a sales rep, it was smooth sailing. The tech came out & now I have a little more peace of mind about any insects/bugs, etc coming in, especially with a toddler in the home.
