Edge service technicians come every quarter to spray the yard. I'm always notified in advance of their arrival, they know to let us know they're here and make sure the dogs are inside. Whenever there are issue inside they are quick and courteous.
Great people. I took a few extra trips but I think we're good now.

They are ok. The problem is that there is really no perfect solution for mice/rats. They do not do anything special that you have not already tried. BIGGEST issue is that none of the techs that come out communicate with each other. And if your gate is locked or something, they just show up and leave. They do not even tell you **hey we were unable to get around the exterior of your home** I also got an email saying **rate your experience today** the other day, and it was before the tech even arrived at my house. Every employee is sooo kind, considerate and knowledgeable! From my initial call with Jose, who quickly and patiently calmed me by answering ALL my concerns! Caleb, Mgr., Kyle and Larry (techs) have continued to represent EDGE PEST with knowledge to treat the problem in my house!😣 I have a lot of confidence EDGE PEST can give my home the treatment needed! Two weeks in and I already see a difference!
My experience with this company has always been excellent. Very nice people to deal with and they have eliminated, and continue to do, our mouse problem. We also have them come for our grass maintenance. They are always available right away to deal with any problems.
