Very fast response and were able to come remove a large hornet nest AND wasp nest within 24 hours of initial contact. Also sprayed for spiders and other bugs and the pricing for the quarterly service contract seems reasonable, especially with the guarantee of free service if we see any pests in between visits. Klaus the technician was courteous and called ahead of time to let us know when he was on the way. Highly recommend!

It sure relieves me of doing all the worrying, me buying all the stuff to GET Them MICES! and hoping I am doing the right thing. Justto get some one else to do one more thing for me since I do 100% ofd every thing around my home with 2 residents here.

So far it seems to be working. The tech who showed up was very pleasant and answered all my questions fully. The smell of the product was pretty overwhelming, but dissipated quickly. I would definantly suggest them to friends and neighbor's.
