Overall my experiences with edge pest control is good. I typically prefer to be home so they can service my home on the inside as well as outside.

During the holiday weekend, I had texted the manager personally as I was given their number due to COVID and less staffing available to answer the customer calls, I needed extra service with suddenly seeing a higher than normal wasps in the backyard. I needed an extra visit because we had mosquitos and wasps suddenly appear. Edge sent a technician almost immediately and she was great!
Have been with Edge for 12 years. Overall, they have a done a decent job. There are caveats, however. Pros: The spray seems to work ok, though we still see some spiders and bugs in the garage and around the house perimeter. Inside the home is pretty pest-free. Bait boxes for voles and rodents seem to be working as well. Pricing has held steady for 12 years - I will say that's appreciated very much.
