He communicates professionally and respectfully, demonstrated thoroughness in his work as well as respectful of the companyâ s protocols for both protecting client and self (masks, booties over shoes). I knew when he was arriving, both from the companyâ s schedulerâ s message five days prior and the call from Alex himself as he was headed to our home. Truly pleased!!
Time will tell if the spiders come back & if we have problems with wasps & hornets this summer.
