Our technician, Patrick, came out on a Saturday to deal with a spider infestation in my basement. He came and explained everything, what my issue was, what his fix would do how it would work, how long it would last etc. We signed up for the 2 year plan and it was a great price too. This company and their employees are top notch!

I was able to get help with my pest issue the same day I made the call. The gentleman, Brian and Delvin where very knowledgeable and helpful in catching mice. They also sprayed the outside of my home for spiders etc and fixed some holes on the outside of my home that possibly caused this pest problem.

Came early which is always appreciated when the appt is in the late afternoon! Only concern I would mention is that I had told them my main issue was hearing activity (mice) in the attic, and they came without a ladder (tech said they were not allowed to have them). Not all attics have stairs to them, so I had to dig my ladder out for them to use.
