Friendly customer service and very thorough spraying done in the house.
We are very pleased with the service that Edge has provided. So far we have had the first 2 initial services done and both times they notified us a few days in advance and with in 15-30 minutes of arriving. The first visit someone was home but we felt comfortable enough the second visit we didn't have to be there. The customer service is wonderful and we will be recommending them!
They were on time, efficient and did their work. Even though they had the wrong spelling of my street. I even spelled it twice over the phone when making the appointment, knowing companies put "Harbor" NOT "Arbor" as it should be. Of course it took about 2 and a half days for the "Whatever" type bees to go away from under my gutter, and a second treatment, but they are moved to somewhere else since I see them close to my fence when outside with my dog. I was called immediately. Someone was here the next day, on time. Edge is more affordable than the service I hired last spring.
Edge Pest Control called me immediately, and they understood my need to have this problem taken care of quickly. They provided me time to prepare and when the technician came to my house he was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. The only thing that I would have changed was how they had me prepare for the extermination. It took so much time to only find out that it was too excessive. I will continue to use this company for all my pest control.
Very professional
The only reason this is not a 5, is Ive only had the initial treatment a week ago. So far, really happy, most ants are gone. They defintely have the fire power, knowledge and know how. Looking forward to the first quarterly treatment and the abolition of all these little pests.
