Greg our technician was great! He called beforehand to let me know his timeline; masked up upon entering house and wore booties; explained everything he was going to do and was professional, friendly and kind. Tyrone our Sales Rep was also very responsive to my inquiries and responded promptly, also giving me a timeline expectation. All in all, great service from Edge!
The technician was polite and very good doing the service. He called prior to call to let me know he was on his way. He was also very respectful and knowledgeable
The driver was a little past my appointment window but he did call me to let me know. The employee was professional and sympathetic and explained things to me pretty well.
Staff was kind and sprayed the bough thoroughly. Had some ants inside the house so he also sprayed the inside without any excuses. He made sure his shoes were covered before coming inside the house. Very professional.
