Two technicians arrived to do the quarterly maintenance and I asked if they could also do the periodic rodent service since there was another mouse in the trap since the last rodent service. They said yes. I was a bit surprised at the technician who did the crawl space who found no mice in the traps, Also said he saw no evidence of droppings or presence of mice.---this is totally at odds with previous crawl space visits which generally fouind mice in traps, and evidence of droppings!

I talk to the man spraying, he did go around my whole house, I put in a request for spraying around and in our motorhome Next time.

My contract was supposed to be up as of November 2021. I did not ask for this service. I did not authorize this service. I was charged for a service I did not want or expect. I was told that "it's like a cell phone, once your contract is up you still get the service, so you have to pay for it". This is absolutely insane and I will be reporting it. Absolutely NEVER will I EVER do business with this company again.

Every time you guys come out you do NOT do the entire house. I specifically spoke to the guy and told him I'd put my dogs inside and to spray the entire exterior around my house. Last time I was even billed for a service that didn't even occur. It's a lot of money for hardly anything to be done. The guy was there less then 20 min today and I watched him on my cameras do the front and 1 side of my house... do bugs only come in on 2 sides??

Orion provided better service than any of the previous techs that stopped by. After i inspected the work after completion, it was obvious he sprayed all cracks, access points and areas promised during contracting. He took time to use the hose which while it may have happened in the past, I did not observe this. He called to confirm any questions prior to arrival, knocked to confirm arrival, and provided recommendations of other services that may be available. Certainly a staff you should keep.

new in town, impressed w/website, can contact via chat on the site! I received immediate response, booked appointment within days and have had attentive, professional service since.
