Ryan explained exactly what he was working on and how to do preventative maintenance for longer lasting system. He was very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him again. The receptionist that did the appointment and took my payment method was very friendly as well.
He was very honest n try to help anyway he can.. it just the warranty company was a scam.
