This was our first time using a professional piano moving company. So glad we used Safe & Sound! They were easy to work with for the pick up and delivery. The drivers, Austin & Luke, were very friendly and careful in my home. I also really appreciated the delivery time updates they sent to me so that I knew when to expect them. Just a great experience overall and I will definitely use them the next time we need to move our piano.
We had no idea how complicated it would be to transport a piano before we bought one. Needless to say, I did a lot of research before choosing Safe and Sound Piano movers. We appreciated the quick email response stating the exact cost we would be charged when the job was completed. The movers were fast, friendly, and very apologetic when they got held up at another job. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; and we are going to use them again for piano tuning!
