If you are looking for help with reunification therapy for you or your children, look elsewhere. I had a court ordered reunification therapy for me and 2 of my 4 children after a high conflict divorce involving parental alienation. Safe Harbor hires inexperienced counselors who need to build hours. Unfortunately for me and my kids, the therapists were inexperienced and allowed themselves to be directed by the alienating parent (prior to start of reunifciation therapy) and then allowed that parent to steer the kids away from ... read more

I was seeing a therapist from Safe Harbor Community Services online, and it wasn't working out. I kindly called the clinic and requested a different therapist, but recently I received a letter that I was being discharged from the community. I have to wait 90 days to apply. I didn't disrespect the therapist despite my disappointment, and I didn't even want to report why I wanted to be switched, but I was told I must say why I wanted to change therapists. Anyhow, this clinic leaves patients hanging for 90 days and says if you... read more
