Kudos to Malachi Woods! He was very knowledgeable about what comes with the different security packages. It really narrowed down the best option for me to choose. I am very grateful for the professionalism that Najee Sears gave cocerning my jome security system. He explained the equipment in detail gave me an appointment date and time. He also explain to me that if qe had any concerns or question while they were installing to please contact him . Jovina sold me a system almost a year ago and is still available for any questions I have. I’ve texted her twice for some small tech related things over the past year and she’s always responded quickly and connected me with the right people to get squared away (if she couldn’t answer my question directly). We just set up our home security for our first home with Steven jurado. We always thought that this would be a long boring process. However Steven made this experience feel as though he was an old friend from my old town who was here to visit. It was absolutely pleasant and painless to speak with him and set up security to protect my family and home. If I could give him a ten star review i would.
