Sometimes reviewing someone after working with them for a while is nice. I have been Tim's customer for over three years and have enjoyed his advice. I have two 10-year deferred annuities and three immediate annuities so I have guaranteed income before we start collecting social security. It helps with applying for loans and credit cards. You never think you need them when you retire. Wrong! I have applied for zero-interest loans and credit cards to make my other money work for me as long as possible.
