We've ordered from here a couple of times the past few years. Products last as long as you take care of them. No issues for us besides minor normal maintenance. We have a lot of fun with our purchases. They have excellent customer service as well and are quick to find solutions. Everyone from sales to parts have been friendly and helpful. I bought a 2021 spider brand new. Matt and Andrew were awesome and took good care of me. They time to explain everything about the bike as it was my first. I will send them lot of business as I really like my bike and appearently so does everyone else. Lol. I will have to go back as my bike is making a noise from the wheel but I’m sure they will take care of me as they stand behind their products.
