Just had my first experience with them and wow, so much better than dealing with my grocery store pharmacy. Tyler was very friendly and helpful over the phone, and was able to help work through issues with prior authorization needs, which the previous pharmacy wouldn't even attempt to help with. The price was almost half of what I was paying previously. The best part is the prescription will be shipped directly to my house. I wish I had known about them sooner.
Called in to clarify that my medication was still okay to use since it had sat in direct sunlight for several hours. The tech (Tyler) was very helpful and assured me that it was fine and even double checked with the pharmacist.
So glad I had Tyler on the phone with my prescription order today. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and a helped in many more ways. I wish all pharmacies had people like him. He took his time, never acted like he was in a hurry and answered all my questions.
