I'm disappointed that it took 7 days from the time you received my order until I was called to schedule. I had called on the 31st to see if you had gotten the order as it was supposed to be stat. I feel that it should have been taken care of sooner. My appt was for 1:15 and it was well after 1:30 before I was called back. I checked in by 1pm. Not sure what the delay was in the whole process. The scan itself was grest
It's very scary when you find out you have physical things going on inside your body . The ladies that helped me through my CT where very nice people supporting and made me feel good. The environment where I sat for an hour to drink that contrast drink was very relaxing and calming. You do a very good job. Thank you.
Very quick intake, though the gal may have been new. Tech was friendly and congenial, was careful and thoughtful, and efficient. I was in and out quickly. May have been a good time of day, also.

I was sort of nervous, not having a mammogram for 17 years. But my doctor said I need to check out a lump in my breast. He said it was an abscess but wanted me to have a mammogram to confirm. The folks at Salem Radiology were professional, courteous, and warm and friendly. Within a few minutes I had a wonderful confirmation of what the doctor had told me. Thank you for making me feel at ease.
