I was helped the minute I walked in at the front desk, they took all my info I then went to the waiting area and barely sat down when I was called for my appt. The technician was so friendly and made me feel at ease. I was very pleased with everyone there. Thank you .
Everyone was prompt kind and the ultrasound was very well done and the person doing the ultrasound was very personable and gentle and did a great job.
Calling to remind me just before 7am is not appropriate. Unhappy about that. Experiences at the facility was very positive. The x Ray tech was exceptional. I'm a nurse. She was very exceptional.
The facility was clean and organized, patients flow and waiting area for family well thought out. The staff was friendly and interested that I was informed of the process. The testing was quickly and obviously the staff was all well trained and work together to keep the flow moving. Nicely done, nicely done.
The young lady made me feel very comfortable. She was friendly and knew what she was doing.
