Great from reception to physician, the smiles bring you back.
I've been having my radiology tests done here at Salem Radiology for quite a few years now and this latest walk in appointment was just as wonderfully easy as all my other visits before. The ease of walking thru that door and sitting down with one of their workers who fills out all the paperwork for me makes it stress free. The wait time before my name was called to go back and have my tests done was no more than 5 minutes. Very pleasant experience. Was in and out in less than a half hour.
The whole staff I worked with were professional and very helpful. They dud a great job.
Everything went without a hitch. I was seen at the time given for my appointment. Technicians were pleasant and informative to my questions. I was in and out in a timely manner without feeling rushed.
Always professional, friendly and accommodating. Any time I have a choice for imaging, I choose SRC.
Great fast and very nice
I was so impressed with the courteous and caring service I received beginning with the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, extending to the front desk receptionist, and on to the staff who started my I.V. , assisted with the MRI and with the Dexascan. Each person contibuted to a sense of promoting my well-being.
