Check in was seamless. Easily arranged 2 different tests for same day. No waiting. Skilled and compassionate practitioners.
No waiting and very friendly staff. I was very pleased.
The wait line at the office was ridiculous. I understand getting backed up and such, but there were four receptionists with four clients that took nearly 20 minutes a piece to process the clients. Took me 35 minutes to get through and there was only one person in line ahead of me.
