The tech was very polite
As always, the customer service and technicians were not only knowledgeable but friendly and caring!
Everything was great.
Went in, both the front desk receptionist and ultrasound technologist were new, other than them telling me that, I would never have known. The visit was pretty much what they'd described as far as procedure and time.
Dont think you can make any improvement....everything was exceptional...it was fast processing, everyone seems happy and smiling and the xray technician really lnows her job....it was a great experience as always.
I had a very pleasant experience with SRC. I was a little anxious when I got there for my MRA, as those are not very fun to go through. But everyone was very nice and comforting, and the MRA went faster than I expected! Thank you!
