The staff are very nice and Dr. Salmon explains everything very clearly. An overall great experience

The Hornell office is great!!! Jesse is so knowledgeable and all office staff have great customer service skills. They make everyone feel at home.
This is a great place. We've had a few "mishaps" with our son's braces, and they always fit us in. Dr.Salmon even offered to leave a convention and meet us at the closed office to help out. That was our first mishap, but we said we would hold off til the next day they were open. Wonderful people from the counter, the billing, the assistants and the doctors. So glad we were referred here
