Got my hair done last night. You can tell everyone there is of high quality and super friendly. I wasn't in love with my finished product, and it could possibly be because I wasn't descriptive enough as to what I wanted. I emailed today and was responded to within minutes that they only want you to love your hair and they got me in right away to correct it. What exceptional customer service! I believe I may have found my new salon!
Mel is the one of the best stylists I have ever met. I refuse to see anyone else. She always does a fantastic job and I never have to worry that I'll be leaving with a bad cut or color. She listens to what you want and will work with you to ensure you look great when you walk out the door. She's up-to-date on the latest trends and best products. The salon itself has a trendy but inviting atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend Salon Elite. Ask for Mel!

I've been seeing Mel since before she was at Salon Elite. She is so caring and does a great job with your hair! The salon was set up well and I loved the atmosphere of the salon! I have gotten so many great compliments on my hair. If you're looking for a stylist, see Mel!

I give Mel Bergk 5 stars! Mel is new to Salon Elite and I went there for her. Mel has been doing my hair for probably 6 years and have always trusted Mel to take care of the dead ends and giving me fun cuts. Yesterday was my 1st time at Salon Elite. It was a little hard to find with out the big sign out ontop if the building but its a cute little place. I love the colors and I was greeted and offered some water as I waited. :) Thank you!
