I am a town of babylon resident with a pass and I have to wait on a line for almost an hour on Ocean Parkway which is dangerous, to wait for non residents to have to pay with a credit card (no cash allowed, which is why youre on line for so long. Im pretty sureI know why its credit card only, but still). As soon as I get up there, finally after waiting forever, they look at my pass on my car, which takes one second, and I get in.
