Four of us had dinner at the Calgary Saltlik in mid-June and had a lovely meal. Inside was way too loud, so we opted for the patio despite a potential threat of showers (Yay, they never materialized). The Wok-Fired Calamari was maybe the best I've had and the Salmon with Black Truffle Ravioli was wonderful; wines were nice and reasonably priced and the Bar Mgr even comped us for an after dinner drink - hard to beat that. We are from Oklahoma, so we know beef. We were shocked to find that Saltlik served the best filet we have ever had. The French Onion soup also qualified for that distinction. We can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.
