It was a great night. We really enjoyed our dinner. We just gave 4 star because our 2 Hangar Steaks were very dry. They did taste good but the cook wasn’t good as due to the dryness we had to chew a lot. But otherwise it was nice.

Only complaint was we didn’t know that the dining was only on patio due to covid. We had thought that was in place the next day. Otherwise we would have dressed a little better. They were putting heaters out, but our seat did not get any heat. They also offered blankets, my wife used two.

Despite the cold day (I believe it was 2 degrees) SaltLik had heaters and blankets for patrons. They are following all COVID protocols - tables are 6 feet away, they are cleaned thoroughly between patrons, and very careful in serving. The food was fabulous! They kept our wine inside so that it didn't get too cold in between pourings. They made the best of the situation so that we could dine out.
