The food, ambiance, friendly team environment and beauty of the restaurant made my dining experience exceptional
It was pretty good. The steak didn't look or taste like a filet and was NOT cooked to order (medium) but I didn't bother sending it back. It came with a loaded baked potato that was good. We ordered a side of creamed corn that was good... but nothing overwhelming! I'm glad we gave this place a try but I won't be craving to go back!
Very good business lunch, service was outstanding and the noise level was lower then some of the other places we visit for meetings. Will be adding to the list regularly.
We ate at Saltlik our first night in town. We liked it so much, we came back for our last dinner before flying home. The new menu was released just before our second visit and it was every bit as good as the first. My only regret was that the creme brulee did not make the new menu. It was divine! My husband had the same meal both times, a venison steak with dark chocolate drizzled on top. The french onion soup was amazing and my salmon was perfect. Overall, one of our best dining experiences of the trip!

Kind've pricey, but worth it for those very special nights out. Probably the tastiest steak I have had in Calgary.
