The Saltlik was utterly amazing! Everything was divinely delicious. We started with the ahi tuna tartare, which had a Japanese flavor combined with a Mexican tortilla chip service. It alone would have made the drive into town worth it. But then came the filet steak. I like mine cooked very carefully and usually have to send them back. Saltlik's chef got it on the first try.
