This is a great place for musicians who need new equipment or just want to try out different instruments. I went there and played on different keyboards and drums, yes they do allow you to play the instruments, they even have an amp available for electric guitars or bass. Went to the Sam Ash in Hialeah for the first time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to buy a guitar for my daughter who’s taking lessons. A store attendant helped me choose the right guitar and answered all my questions. I recommend if you are buying any instrument to come to the store in person rather than buying online.
Excellent service, the salesman was constantly answering all my questions regarding the services provided by Sam Ash. Store was clean and neat. Totally happy with this visit, is the first time that I received this kind of service at Sam Ash. Definitely will come back to purchase more gear.
It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every moment buying a guitar for my son. The boy attending me was very nice and professional , (Martin). Amazing place and team.
Inventory for Band and Orchestra instruments accessories are nonexistent. It is obvious that those items are not their top priority. The staff members had no idea what I was asking for (Reeds and Mouthpiece guards... I would argue standard material that staff at a music store should know). For drum heads and electronics they are stacked, along with electric instruments such as guitars and keyboards.
