I experienced resonable prices on there used tools. And was treated like a person,not a number. I would highly recomend sam ash to fellow musicians👍👍
I do not know anything about musical instruments. Becky helped find an instrument for my daughter and was very informative and patient with any questions I had. I felt like I had a good understanding of how to care for the instrument after leaving and will definitely be back for future purchases.
The people at Sam Ash are always professional and helpful. They have a great selection of gear. My only minor concern is the last 3 significant purchases I've made there I've been told they were going to send a $10 gift card but I've never received one. My wife made this last purchase and I asked her if they told her they would be sending a $10 gift card. Indeed they told her the same thing. We'll see if we actually get this one.
