After talking with the rep at GC for a half hour about choices of 20 in drum heads I was eventually sold a pack of 22-inch heads. (I dodn't catch theywere wrong until I was at rehearsal.) Frustrated, I went to a nearby Sam Ash. They has a pack of 20s for an even better price. (22s are sometimes less expensive than 20s) I bought the pack and was on my way.

The gentleman ( Arthur)in the guitar area was nice and VERY interested in helping me with all of my questions. I only spent 20.00 but he treated me as if I was spending 1000.00's ....My first purchase but not my last .... Great service. It's refreshing!!!!!
