I could go somewhere closer to home or work, but for over 15 years I make the drive here because Mark in guitars, amps, and accessories is really knowledgeable and professional. Sam Ash in CP has a great selection of both new and used; and the prices are always fair. Bob in the repair shop in the back is also worth noting; super cool cat and a wealth of knowledge. I've bought many things here over the years; amps, pedals, a bass, strings, repairs. I love the layout of the store and the employees are consistently good.
T.... the guy who does guitar repairs and tweaking in the shop located at the back of the store is a great guy and knows guitars backwards and forwards! I've only been playing guitar since I was 13 years old...about two generations... or feels like 3 lifetimes. Excellent guitar tech and easy to deal with and is VERY reasonable. Be nice to T! Mark always takes good care of us whenever we purchase anything guitar or bass related. We always take his advice and he never steers us wrong. The prices are competitive and I love having a nearby store where my son can go to see and touch the items he needs. We miss the concerts that used to be put on for the kids taking lessons.
Everything about this store screams “We want to help you”. Manager Anthony Delgado along with the rest of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with tons of knowledge. Been coming here since I was a kid and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve been trying to work here for a while and just recently got an interview with Anthony and I’d love to be part of such a great team and store. Fingers crossed, definitely a place to check out.
The staff was very friendly and customer service was great. We called ahead to make sure the equipment that we needed was available and the gentleman on the phone said that he would reserve it for us since it was the last one in the store. When I arrived he remembered me from the phone and said he was was waiting for me to get there. I though that was nice and his co-worker assisted me with finding some other things that I needed. It was my first time at this location, but I will definitely come back in the future.
