I've been going to Sam Ash for years. The staff are always happy to help, even if instruments are for younger children. My 14 year old son has been sampling some pricy basses and he has felt welcomed to do so. He has nearly met his savings goal and says he will be buying it from Sam Ash because he loves the feeling he has when he is in the store. He has not had the same experience at other competitors.
