Went on my lunch break just to "look around", went home with my first Martin guitar. Staff went out if their way to assist and make sure the Martin went home with me. Offer I couldn't refuse. The floor model guitar i played spoke to me and played herself. Very rare and unique when that happens. Staff was looking for a new "sealed on the box" in the back for me.....but no, I want the "floor model" I played. Overall, Sam Ash scored....and so did I. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
My visit to Sam Ash was to purchase an audio interface. I did my research, but there were still some lingering questions in my mind. A helpful Employee named David did an excellent job helping me find what to look for, and on top of his friendliness, he had the kindness and honesty to defer me to another employee, Daniel, who he admitted knew more than he did about what I was looking for. Great place for getting your music supplies! They have an awesome variety of music books and instruments. The employees are also super nice and helpful! Definitely recommend stopping by!
Terry the guitar technician was great! As he worked to string my son's guitar he explained the rules and techniques to string the guitar. I appreciated the insight. He shared some stories and his background as he carefully strung the guitar, which made the proces go by quickly. Thanks again Terry, great job! I definitely recommend visiting the Sam Ash in Westminster for their knowledgeable, helpful. and friendly staff.
I had gone to Guitar Center for a few things, but most employees were not that knowledgable and their customer service was frustrating. After an issue from a guitar (cracked base) I bought from Sam Ash online forced me to take it into the Westminster Sam Ash, I became a huge fan. Not only did they just let me pick out another guitar hassle free, but the knowledge from Carlo had helped me out a ton. This is my preferred local store now and will be going back. I would give more stars if they would let me.
