The customer service is second to none. I bought a "used" (floor model?) guitar through a customer rep/sales person. I was give a nice deal,however no one checked it out before shipping it to me. When I called about the issue, They simply had me return the guitar and sent a brand new one to me....no extra charge.....so 3.5 stars on the initial issue but 5 stars for the customer service.
I recently received a new guitar that I had ordered online, but unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue. I returned it to the Sam Ash store in New Haven, CT and the two employees who assisted me could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Within minutes I had a refund, virtually no questions asked. Thanks so much for your kind help.
Sam Ash is an excellent music store. A huge variety of products, an easy-to-use website and knowledgeable in-store staff. A minor problem that I had with an on-line purchase was quickly and easily taken care of and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, just as I have in the past. Highly recommended! 5-STARS!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my son’s saxaphone in for repair and it was done quickly, correctly, and at a very reasonable price!!! I highly recommend Sam Ash for your music needs.
