I have always loved this store. Never has there been pressure to buy or an attempt to up-sell when I am making a purchase. I got out of my depth yesterday buying some equipment to connect my guitars to our church sound system (I know nothing about PA systems), and the sales person in the sound department was a great help in explaining to me how the equipment worked and how to hook it up properly.
