This was my first trip to the Clearwater, Florida store and WOW was I impressed. This Sam Ash store was immaculate and very large. I had called prior to my visit to the store and spoke to Rockford (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) and I have to say his customer service skills on the phone are exceptional. Sam Ash always feels like a true musician's store with knowledgeable staff. Big kudos and thanks to Dave in guitar repairs for his invaluable help and advice, and Chris in guitars for his support.
The only issue I have is having to pay at each department due to your commission schedule... I would rather be able to pay for everything at once and not separately... Other than that your are good...
