Such an amazing experience. I went in to get an electrical keyboard to practice. The sales person and general manager both helped. The general manager even played on the piano and shared valuable information about types of keyboards to purchase depending on what I planned to eventually aspire to. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We went there two time. One a year ago. A very kind man told us not to apply for the credit card since he new that we won't get approved. This time we were sure we can get approved. We bout the Piano we wanted there with the same price we could by in Amazon. We didn't pay anything and we financed it with zero interest. The general manager showed us how to assemble the Piano and guided us alot. The stuff helped us to put it in the car. They were very kind and they themselves were happy people. It was a great experience.

The best selection of musical instruments in Miami with a great staff! They’re attentive to your musical needs and the atmosphere is relaxed for experimenting with the different instruments and sounds Sam Ash has to offer. Ask for Ramon! 😁

We visited the store recently. The selection of USA made guitars wasn't great. Nothing above Standard models. Very limited stock levels and there was next to no Used Guitar section which is a must for a guitar store these days. Get more pre-owned gear and more USA models and this would up the levels of the store. Staff were friendly enough but the store has a very "Department Store" feel about it which defo isn't the right vibe for a guitar store.
