Love this place and the staff. Jamie does an excellent job with follow up and is a mainstay in the music scene, helping bars, bands, dj's and promoters with all of their needs. Shout out to Sam Ash for having a LEGENDARY staff in Indy!
The acoustic guitar department sales guy (Saturday 1/6/18) are very helpful, and offered guidance (and don't over assert what to do). I was looking for a guitar humidifier, and he explained all the different one available (advantages & disadvantages). I was very pleased with the humidifier I purchased.

I had a great experience on Friday. Went to the electric guitar department @ Sam Ash in Castleton. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. I will go back for any pedal I might need in the future.
