They helped me find and buy my favorite Les Paul CS back in 2019. They took care of the shipping and all the logistic to help me get it instantly ( if I remember it correctly, they shipped it from NYC to LV for, well, free ) and were overall super friendly and knowledgeable !
Went in today to buy a basic old ordinary rca to headphones y-connector and had an exceptional, extraordinary experience. I've been coming in to this Sam Ash for 23 years starting with my first M-Audio interface and ProTools in 2001. I do frequently shop at the other guys too, but I've always preferred Sam Ash... I had a really great experience all the employees were very helpful and every one of them talk to me. I got my guitar tuned up and new strings it came out perfect. Everybody was knowledgeable about their product and the prices are reasonable as well. I give them five star five diamond at that location. Sam Ash is my new Guitar Heroes. 😎🎸🎸🎸🎸
Fantastic store. Great Staff. Went in with a bunch of questions and they took the time to help me even though they were very basic music related. Love them. Great inventory and much better prices than Guitar Center.
It was very nice to walk into a larger music store again with so many different instruments to look at since the internet tends to eliminate the human connection and experience. Everyone there was extremely nice & I couldn't have had a better sales experience 🤘🏻 so if you're a musician while vacationing in Las Vegas, stop in and check'em out, nice people as well as gear.
