The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I have been shopping at Sam Ash since 1989!
There was only one guy in the sheet music and rental area. He was great but swamped. Need more staff. Especially at back to school time.
At Sam Ash, people can come in and just start playing instruments. Lessons are easy to schedule and instructors encourage children and focus on short term goals to give a feeling of achievement. Many musicians drop by, making it a good place to make new friends and experiment with new sounds.
