Sam ash is the best!! They helped me get new gear on tour when I really needed it with ease and efficiency. A real representative contacted me to help with my purchase and even helped me set up shipping to a store in the next city of the tour so the gear was waiting for me when we got there! Went to the Sam Ash Nashville location to purchase a bass. Although they were out of stock in my initial choice, the salesman, Todd Austin, showed me some other choices in my price range. I came away with a great instrument at a great price. The best part of the experience was the customer service. Todd took the time to do a quality check and make sure it was perfect.
