RecommendedGreat group of guys that are not just employees, but fellow musicians, that understand your needs. They make really good deals and sell quality instruments. I purchased an item from them. I opened the box when I got home and it had a part missing. This was a popular item that they ran out of very fast. They told me to keep and use it until they had received another shipment which took about a month or so. I was still able to return it for a new item with no problem.
Best Music store in SA. The staff from top to bottom are knowledgeable, friendly and Proffesional. Jon Jo, Todd, Rudy, and Angela are second to none. Love you guys. I can say this because I've bought 13 instruments there, numerous effect boards, amp set-ups, strings etc etc etc and I make all my friends shop there... I am not paid for this endorsement.
