Got a great deal on a used 1997Aria Pro ll FA70 guitar with the promotion that was going on. I took it home and cleaned it up. Awesome guitar. Service was great. Employee was helpful.
I was very impressed with the service at this location. The manager who accepted my guitar in for repairs was receptive and made me feel like the guitar I was dropping was his and assured it would be well taken care of. Paul who did the repairs kept me updated on each stage of its journey, whether a delay or estimated completion date. He was also very responsive if any questions came up. We shopped around for a couple months looking for a guitar for our daughter. Each time we visited Sam Ash, the guys behind the counter were so courteous. Always greeted us, willing to help and research for us… we ended up going back yesterday and purchasing her first electric guitar. I cannot say enough about how they made this mom who knew nothing feel welcomed. They answered every question and went above and beyond. The best customer service I’ve seen in years!
Great store and the staff is friendly and helpful. Not having any musical talent sometimes you walk into a music store and the staff looks down on your "lack of coolness", but no here at Sam Ash. Jim the GM helped me find what I needed for my grandkids and did not try to sell me what I didn't need. Great store, good location off 410. Will definitely go back as the need arises.
Great service! Compared to Guitar Center the staff met my needs far quicker. I also liked the layout of Sam Ash’s store. The guitar selections are much better than Guitar Center! What I appreciate most about Sam Ash is the brass selection and portion of the store. I practice Alto Sax, and I find the accessories for that instrument are far better in variety, quality and cost over Guitar Center’s sub store which I don’t even like visiting.
