Samantha has stayed in touch with me since the purchase of my house 2 years ago but doesn't over do it. When I decided to refinance she was easy to reach and quick to respond. Sam kept me informed throughout the entire refinance process and always made herself available whether via her office or cell phone. She was a pleasure to work with (which I rarely say). She also made a couple of trips to my home to pick up paperwork so that I wouldn't have to come to the office. Above and beyond the call of duty.
