Sam kept me informed throughout the entire refinance process and always made herself available whether via her office or cell phone. She was a pleasure to work with (which I rarely say). She also made a couple of trips to my home to pick up paperwork so that I wouldn't have to come to the office. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Samantha was very attentive to my concerns every step of the way. She was very understanding of this being my first time buying a home along with Covid-19 going and was very quick to reassure me every step that everything was going according to plan.
