I have worked with Sam with several of our loans which where professional and business loans. She goes above and beyond to assist you through the complete process. Sam gives her own personnel touch and makes sure that you understand every process from beginning to end. She works very hard for her customers and you know you are her priority and not just a number like most mortgage companies. I will always get my loans through her.

I wish I was more informed about the inspections and where to find the inspection write up sheet. Wish Katie would have explained the inspection deadline a little better. Overall it was poor communication on all sides including us and Katie
