Reliable, good communications.
Battery died on holiday weekend so had car towed to shop but had to wait until they opened 3 days later. In spite of not having prior appointment, they were able to get car fixed same day. Communication, however, was not so great. In spite of calling to leave phone number where I was that day, they still called my home landline number, so I had to call them to check up on status during the day. Didn't discover the messages on landline phone until after getting car back and going home.
People who work there were nice. Great customer service!
